The decision to begin rescheduling appointments has been made in the best interest of our patients, ensuring that those who have been waiting for important care now have access to treatment. Over the past few months, we have been and will continue to collaborate with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), maintaining and often exceeding the strictest of standards. Across North Texas, the precautions we’ve taken and the new protections we’ve put in place make our clinical care facilities the safest possible place to receive healthcare at this time.
Steps we are taking to keep you and our clinical teams safe:
- Screening for all patients, visitors and staff before entering facilities
- All of our caregivers wear masks throughout our facilities, which exceeds CDC guidelines.
- Heightened infection prevention policies, including the removal of high-touch items such as magazines, toys and vending machines. Food and drinks are prohibited in clinical units to prevent the spread of illness.
Preparing for your visit
As you prepare for your medical visit, it is also imperative that you continue to follow the current guidance from the CDC, regarding social distancing and hand hygiene. Please continue to exercise infection prevention measures for yourself and your household.
